The agreement you accept when you install MA Tools.

MA TOOLS FOR CORELDRAW - LICENCE AGREEMENT

Please read this agreement before installing. By installing or using MA Tools you agree to it. If you do not agree, cancel the installation.

1. THE SOFTWARE

MA Tools is an add-on for CorelDRAW, made and owned by its author ("MA Tools", "we"). It is licensed to you, not sold. All rights not granted here remain with MA Tools.

2. THE FREE DEMO

The Demo works for 3 days on one computer. Each computer gets one trial; reinstalling does not start a new one.
It needs an internet connection once, the first time it runs, to start the trial.
The Demo cannot be activated. To keep using MA Tools after the trial, buy a licence and install the full version.
You may share the Demo installer unchanged.

3. THE PAID LICENCE

One licence is for ONE computer.
Moving to another computer needs a new activation from us, and so does an activation that stops working after changes to your computer. Contact us; once a licence is moved, the copy on the previous computer can be blocked.
A licence covers the version it was issued for, its updates, and earlier versions. A later major version may need a new licence.
The full-version installer and your activation code are for you alone. Do not share, publish or resell them.

4. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

Crack, patch, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer MA Tools, or bypass its licence or trial in any way.
Modify, rent, sell or redistribute the full version.
Use one licence on more than one computer at a time.

Breaking these terms ends your licence at once, without refund, and we may block the licence. We may also act further under the law.

5. WHAT IS SENT OVER THE INTERNET

To start a trial, activate a licence or check that a licence is still valid, MA Tools sends our licence server: a code that identifies this computer, your activation code or licence number, and the product's name and version - and, as with any internet request, your network address. Nothing from your drawings, documents or files is ever sent.

6. CHECK BEFORE YOU CUT

MA Tools prepares layouts, shapes and cutting paths. Always check the result - sizes, spacing, joints, cuts - before cutting or producing anything. You are responsible for the material, machine time and work that depend on it.

7. NO WARRANTY

MA Tools is provided "as is", without any warranty that it is free of errors or fit for a particular purpose.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MA Tools and its resellers are not liable for any loss or damage - including lost material, lost data, lost profit or interrupted work - arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software. In any case, liability is limited to the price paid for the licence.

9. CHANGES AND SUPPORT
